Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team at Heights Finance Corporation. As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their financial needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Market and promote new loan opportunities to existing and new customers through targeted outreach and solicitation efforts.
  • Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products, to meet their financial needs and goals.
  • Process loan applications, evaluating customer eligibility and making informed decisions to approve or deny loans.
  • Work with past-due customers to bring their accounts current through effective collection and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Customer service mindset and experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or certifications a plus.
