We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Office Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of materials and updating inventory in our RFMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm receipt of materials by comparing purchase orders to receiving documents
• Print purchase orders for accounting purposes
• Enter new material data into RFMS, including shade, reference number, location, and quantity
• Scan, rename, and save receipts in an electronic shared file
• Communicate with purchasing regarding discrepancies in material received
• Follow up on discrepancies by researching and correcting data in RFMS
• Determine if material is on order or if a job has gone out, and cancel orders or prepare order credits as necessary
• Assist accounting with matching invoices to purchase orders
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused on minute data
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple details
• Proficiency in computer skills for data entry, with experience in RFMS a plus
• 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
