Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Educate patients on treatment options and develop personalized treatment plans
- Communicate with referring offices and insurance companies to ensure seamless care
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and billing
- Assist with patient intake, charting, and record-keeping
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- 1-3 years of experience in a dental front office setting
- Knowledge of dental insurance and practice management software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
