  • Conduct performance evaluations for employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success as a Team Leader with the ability to effectively plan manpower and equipment needs.
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in collaborating with all levels of management and support staff.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution among team members.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Previous experience with internal controls for accountable items is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in Operations and Customer Care.
  • Knowledge of Airport Operations Area environments.
  • Familiarity with QIK, Sabre, and Internal Controls Manual (ICM).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting with the use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment.
  • Exposure to airport ramp environments, including varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Some travel may be necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Employment is contingent upon a valid driver's license, a clear driving record, a comprehensive background check, and a drug screening as required. Proof of high school or GED completion is also necessary. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually, based on experience and location.
