Key Responsibilities

The Chief Marketing Officer will be accountable for formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing and strategy team, and managing client relationships across designated healthcare facilities. This role involves crafting detailed business development initiatives, generating quarterly and annual strategic frameworks, and establishing processes that drive business expansion through precise customer and market identification.

As a pivotal field-based role, the CMO will be tasked with fostering and sustaining both inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, while adhering to regulatory standards across various care levels. The position also encompasses the management of marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payer partnerships, and community outreach initiatives. Collaborating closely with hospital management and clinical teams, the CMO will nurture effective working relationships internally and within the community.

The CMO will lead the marketing and strategy team, focusing on recruitment, professional development, and retention strategies. This role will provide marketing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territories. Compliance with Vibra Healthcare's documentation policies and procedures will also be a critical aspect of this position.

Facilitating business growth will involve engaging with clients and business partners, establishing high-level connections with current and potential customers, and developing market approaches and proposals. The CMO will leverage strategic insight and decisive execution to enable the organization to surpass revenue, census, and admissions targets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing leadership within a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on client services and relationship management.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience is essential. A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to travel using public transportation options.

  • A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in team management and development.
  • Ability to analyze statistics, assess referral trends, and create budget and marketing strategies.
