We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager to lead our Interventional Radiology and Cardiology units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Develop and implement service/program activities aligned with organizational goals, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Develop, implement, and analyze adherence to organizational and service/unit-specific standards of care and policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, mentor, retain, and evaluate staff, empowering them to actively participate in service/unit and overall nursing practice committees/councils.
- Manage a capital, operational, and human resource budget, analyzing and resolving variances, and ensuring ongoing compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards.
- Promote evidence-based practice, interpreting patient, physician, staff, and other customer satisfaction results, and driving improvement.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act.
- Associates degree in nursing or relevant allied health field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years invasive cardiac experience required; prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area or job requirements.
(DOT) - Characterized as medium work requiring exertion of 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
