Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our PCU team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the care of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Current ACLS certification or completion of ACLS within 6 months of employment.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
- A sign-on bonus of $10,000 for qualified full-time candidates.
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000 for full-time candidates.
