Job Summary

As an MRI Imaging Specialist at Carteret Health Care, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of MRI imaging procedures and patient safety protocols with special attention to MRI safety protocols. You will function as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their MRI imaging needs. Participates in Performance Improvement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of MRI imaging procedures and patient safety protocols.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their MRI imaging needs.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities.

Requirements
  • Professional with a high school graduate and graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • One year of experience under a Board Certified Radiologist.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Advanced ARRT Registry in MR or MR Registry Eligible.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and other Windows application skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
