Fabricator - Multi-skilled - 2nd Shift

GKN Aerospace is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out standard activities in full compliance with Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a 'Great Place to Work' culture.
- Identify and report safety concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7+ years of experience in manufacturing and assembly.
- 2 years of experience using pneumatic tools for assembly of parts.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident) per program requirements.
- GKN experience.
- Experience with assembly in the aerospace industry.
- Line assembly experience is a plus.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting or safety, quality, and technical issues.
