Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in assisting the marketing team to stimulate retail growth through strategic promotions and supplier collaborations.

This role involves executing marketing initiatives, managing projects, and conducting research to ensure the effective delivery of marketing events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Coordination (40%):
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the marketing and retail teams.

Event Planning and Management (30%):
  • Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand objectives.

Market Research and Analysis (20%):
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and consumer preferences.

Administrative Support (10%):
  • Manage marketing materials and inventory, ensuring readiness for campaigns and events.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling and file maintenance.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or retail marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

Compensation:
