The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a high volume of candidate interactions, including interviews and assessments. This position involves close collaboration with management to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Compensation: $16/hr - Paid Weekly
Location: RIC Airport
The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment: Establish and maintain optimal staffing levels in accordance with operational standards.
- Data Management: Oversee the entry and accuracy of employment documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and timely submission of payroll data.
- Local Talent Acquisition: Promote job openings, accept referrals, and manage the recruitment process in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Onboarding Process: Ensure proper management of onboarding documentation and conduct orientations for new hires.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates’ skills and qualifications through interviews.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication materials for staff updates and recruitment initiatives.
