**Job Description:**

As a Green Buildings Grant Associate, you will support the management of energy efficiency programs through delivery strategy, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day management. You will also develop, implement, and manage grants to subgrantees, including community-based organizations that help implement direct-to-consumer programs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Track and report on program budgets, including contractor and program-related expenditures, and ensure adherence to state and federal funding requirements.
  • Support the implementation of green buildings initiatives through grant management and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the climate-ready buildings lead to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in project management, budgeting, and data collection and reporting.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High-level initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is **$62,998 - $73,500 annually**, based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
