About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, providing support and guidance on healthcare-related inquiries, and helping to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer and resolve member inquiries, including claims, benefits, and provider information
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare products and services to educate members and resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-lingual skills required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment
  • Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private workspace
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer and business needs
