Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brand Executives Inc. in Columbus, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, respect, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Enter, track, and monitor customer materials, complete sales transactions, and new account registrations
  • Manage time with customers efficiently and effectively, providing timely communication, leadership, and continuous feedback towards process improvement
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, demonstrating timely and thoroughly execution
  • Upbeat and outgoing mindset with positive energy
  • Interacts successfully with individuals and teams, maintains fruitful customer connections
  • Prior customer service or sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year prior sales coordination or customer support experience
  • SAP experience is a plus, flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks when priorities shift
