Position Overview:

This role is essential in fostering cleaner and healthier environments for our clients' facilities by executing the following key responsibilities:
  • Conduct all cleaning tasks for facilities utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures.
  • Cleaning responsibilities encompass: sweeping, mopping, polishing, waste disposal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Secure and unlock facilities, activating and deactivating security systems as required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial services, housekeeping, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in a professional cleaning company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or educational institution is a plus.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are essential.
  • Contribute positively to the work atmosphere with a friendly demeanor and support team efforts, including adherence to uniform standards, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Demonstrate respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in English communication is required.
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Frequent (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead or forward. Must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend cleaning instructions.
  • Ability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their applications.
