Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager - Scrum Master to join our team at Aquent. As a Marketing Project Manager - Scrum Master, you will be responsible for providing scrum master support for Marketing communication campaigns in Cards and Retail Bank with an emphasis on digital.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Develop campaign schedules and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on data.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in all Windows applications suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Scrum Master Certification
