Technical Service Representative

National Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet and providing exceptional technical support to our flight crews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor aircraft fleet performance and collaborate with maintenance control to address critical issues.
- Manage aircraft performance monitoring and system reporting, including Engine Condition Monitoring, ACARS, and Mini QAR reporting.
- Provide regular updates to all departments on monthly performance and power plant operations concerns.
- Participate in the Company's Safety Management System (SMS) and contribute to the development of safety policies and procedures.
- Assist maintenance personnel in troubleshooting aircraft and systems to ensure airworthiness.
- Collaborate with flight crews to resolve technical issues and provide technical support.
- Retrieve technical information from aircraft manuals, company manuals, and other approved resources to troubleshoot, repair, and identify parts.
- Coordinate Service Bulletin implementation and work card review with Quality Control.
- Work with maintenance personnel to coordinate repairs and troubleshooting.
- Provide updates on aircraft modifications to all departments.
- Coordinate the troubleshooting of deferred maintenance items that are chronic or repeat.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
- At least three years of maintenance experience on different types of transport category aircraft with an air carrier.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid passport required.
- Prefer 5+ years of experience on same type aircraft operated by National Airlines (Boeing 747, 757, and Airbus 330).
- Prefer 5+ years of Maintenance Control experience and/or Aircraft Maintenance Supervisory experience with an air carrier operating same type aircraft operated by National Airlines.
- Must complete initial SMS Training and recurrent SMS Training.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new computer software programs related to maintenance, aircraft records, and inventory.
Work Environment:
Our team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be required to work extended periods at a workstation with aircraft and may be required to travel for maintenance activities and/or aircraft familiarization and troubleshooting.
