Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and needs via various channels, providing timely and professional support.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers, maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Feedback and Communication: Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products, services, and needs, documenting and updating customer records.
  • Service Call Routing: Route and assign service calls to ensure desired service response times are met, providing regular updates to management on customer feedback, concerns, and issues.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings to support business operations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
