As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families and children by providing expert therapy, counseling, and supportive case management services.

About the Position:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $59,000-$63,000 per year, depending on qualifications, as well as a flexible work schedule that includes both home and office work. We provide ongoing supervision, licensing hours, and clinical trainings to support your growth and development. A BA degree is required, with an MSW or MHC degree preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality therapy, counseling, and supportive case management services to families and children in need
* Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs and challenges of each family
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and program developments

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC) preferred
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
