The perfect candidate will continually assess every facet of the operational workflow to boost product margins and will actively engage with clients and suppliers to strengthen relationships and fulfill their expectations. Collaborating closely with finance and technology teams, the Operations Executive will promote ongoing enhancements in product operations and gross margins while effectively managing an expense budget within anticipated variances each month. Key responsibilities include researching, analyzing, validating, and documenting the efficacy of current operational business processes, as well as formulating strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance management within Operations.
  • Manage process modifications, enhancements, and changes to effectively implement new or improved business processes, ensuring clear communication of these changes to department leaders using suitable tools.
  • Lead the development and management of departmental budgets.
  • Establish performance objectives for each department and direct report, monitoring their progress against these objectives to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers, Sales, or other relevant stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Engage in the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of new technologies or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Establish, refine, and monitor performance reporting systems.
  • Provide support to all departments to assist in achieving production targets.
  • Work alongside department heads to ensure all company policies and procedure manuals are current.
  • Regularly submit relevant monthly operational data to senior management.
  • Demonstrate full alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning as required.
  • Encourage a workplace environment that promotes positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among colleagues.
