Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
This position involves managing calendars, appointments, and meetings, handling correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, arranging travel, assisting in preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external contacts, and performing other administrative tasks to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications, with discretion and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physically and digitally.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, considering logistics and budget constraints.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas, using your organizational and communication skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the leadership team, such as data entry, research, and special projects.
Benefits
