Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rural Order Associate to join our team at Liquor Stores USA. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for processing and building rural customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to every person who submits a rural order, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process and fill orders, ensuring they are ready to be completed within our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Transaction Management: Complete customer transactions on the POS device, including payment, and ensure all packages are properly labeled with customer information and ready to be shipped.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
  • Mail Room Operations: Receive and distribute mail as required for internal delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate filing and records as regulated.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a retail environment (preferred).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: TAP/TIPS Certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
