About the Role:

Aegis Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handle the front desk and assigned duties with efficiency and poise.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff, demonstrating a deep understanding of our community's needs.
  • Support the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and Office Manager, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively.
  • Develop in-depth familiarity with the community layout and employees' responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate and positive attitude, with a strong ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations.
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Concierge and/or supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships, with a desire to exceed expectations with every interaction.
  • Ability to take 2-step TB test, with a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
