  • Proactively seek out opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity, utilizing improved methods, equipment, or other strategies. Effectively address root causes of issues and implement lasting corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with the union-management labor agreement and actively participate in its administration as assigned.
  • Champion a culture of safety by upholding company and governmental safety regulations and codes, ensuring a secure working environment for all.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and diligently manage allocated resources within authorized limits.
  • Provide valuable support to product development and design initiatives. Expedite and coordinate prototype testing as required.
  • Develop and execute action plans that align with the company's Business Plan goals and objectives.
  • Actively engage in lean/continuous improvement activities to refine processes and enhance product quality.
