Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Conduct clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing examination areas, and assisting healthcare providers during patient consultations.
  • Manage patient intake processes, including verifying personal information, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance documentation.
  • Oversee administrative duties such as processing patient payments, maintaining accurate records, and managing correspondence.
  • Participate in team discussions to enhance patient care strategies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication by managing phone inquiries, confirming appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred candidates will have certification as a Medical Assistant.

Physical Requirements:
This role may involve lifting up to 50 lbs and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
