- Lead Projects: Oversee Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Initial Site Assessments, Hazardous Materials Assessments, Preliminary Endangerment Assessments, Removal Action Workplans, Remedial Action Plans, Risk Assessments, and other essential environmental documentation. Ensure project success through compliance and efficient execution.
- Develop Tailored Solutions: Create precise and timely estimates, proposals, and schedules that bring our environmental initiatives to fruition. Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that cater to their specific requirements.
- Advance Project Execution: Manage subsurface investigation and remediation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Proactively tackle challenges while maintaining positive client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Uphold Quality Standards: Conduct expert peer reviews on deliverables, ensuring our high standards are consistently upheld. Strive for excellence in every facet of project execution.
- Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise by training and mentoring our talented team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Geology or Civil Engineering, with relevant professional registration or certification.
- Leadership & Client Engagement: Proven leadership and client management skills, with a talent for nurturing long-term relationships and a track record in business development.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years in environmental subsurface investigation, including over 5 years in project management and client interaction.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Federal, State, and local environmental regulations.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional skills in technical writing, oral communication, presentation, and time management.
- Technical Skills: Ability to design field sampling programs, manage multiple subcontractors, and interpret complex data.
- Commitment to Quality: A reputation for delivering high-quality services and the ability to attract new clients.
- Client Advocacy: A proactive approach to liaising with environmental regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.
