Power Play NYC is seeking a Data Management Consultant to support our capacity to collect, process, and use information about our programs and operations to further our mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal to use data to drive program design and decision-making within our organization.

">About the Role:

The Data Management Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and managing program evaluation and research to assess youth outcomes using the Hello Insight System. This includes working closely with program staff to administer pre/post surveys, collecting and analyzing program data, and preparing reports summarizing analyzed results. The ideal candidate will have experience managing program evaluation across multiple sites and the ability to use knowledge (of report data, youth development research, etc.) to broaden the range of problem-solving options for program staff and senior leadership.
