Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $35,568 - $999,999, depending on factors such as work location, complexity of the role, job duties, relevant experience, skills, and market conditions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impairment evaluations for claimants according to ABIME and EEOICPA standards by relying on established conditions from the US Department of Labor (DOL).
  • Educate claimants about available home health care services.
  • Review medical documentation and interview claimants related to DOL-established conditions.
  • Utilize AMA Guides to assign an impairment percentage/rating and draft a summary report for submission to the DOL.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Medical Doctor (MD) degree and licensure.
  • ABIME certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the EEOICPA program and key stakeholders' operating practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
  • Familiarity with established policies and processes for impairment evaluations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
