Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Managed Care Customer Liaison to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for communicating with managed care organizations and ensuring timely and effective resolution of patient issues.


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with managed care organizations regarding patient eligibility and coverage.
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
