Department Overview
The Woodwinds Rehabilitation clinic, located in Woodbury, specializes in evaluating and treating children with various diagnoses, including cerebral palsy and challenges related to motor skills, muscle control, and coordination.

Our team provides essential training to children and their families in the use of adaptive equipment, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.

Position Summary
This role involves the assessment and delivery of physical therapy services to children, alongside the necessary documentation and communication required for effective care management. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing training for patients, families, caregivers, staff, and students.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean therapeutic environment.
  • Maintaining departmental equipment with proper care.
  • Effectively managing time to promote satisfaction among patients, families, providers, and the department.

This outpatient physical therapy position is primarily based in Woodbury, with flexibility to float to other locations as patient needs arise. Candidates should possess a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program, along with Minnesota state licensure. Temporary licensure is acceptable if accompanied by proof of passing the physical therapy board examination. BLS certification is required, and pediatric experience is preferred.
