Job Overview

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients and formulating a comprehensive treatment plan, pending physician endorsement for all assigned individuals. This role involves ongoing adjustments to the treatment strategy as necessary and collaboration with the physician when required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient assessments.
  3. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  4. Supervise Physical Therapy Technicians and Physical Therapist Assistants as assigned.
  5. Stay informed about the regulations governing rehabilitation services from various third-party payors.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Possess a valid and active physical therapy license.
