The Role:

We are currently in search of a Client Service Representative for our Taylor branch. This role may involve occasional travel to other branches as required.

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and a strong desire to work collaboratively
  • A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to delivering solutions
  • Exceptional communication abilities

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial institution
  • Background in sales and cash handling

Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative:

  • Accurately balance the teller drawer
  • Provide members with insights on additional products and services tailored to their financial needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Zeal Credit Union's policies and procedures

Work Schedule:

Our typical schedule includes weekdays with occasional Saturday shifts, providing flexibility and opportunities for additional hours.
