**Overview of Job Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinician to join our team as an In-Home Therapist. As an In-Home Therapist, you will work with individuals and families to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.

You will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the comfort of our clients' homes. You will also collaborate with other members of our team to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Requirements and Responsibilities:**

The following are the key responsibilities and requirements of this role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals;
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the client's specific needs;
  • Provide therapy services in the client's home, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to address emotional and psychological issues;
  • Be prepared to respond to and manage crisis situations when they arise, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients;
  • Continuously evaluate and document client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain clear and accurate client records;
  • Collaborate with other members of the SMPsychotherapy and Counseling Services team, including consulting with other therapists and clinical staff;
  • Maintain ethical standards and adhere to professional guidelines and regulations.
