Job Description

We are seeking an Outpatient Service Provider to join our team in New Britain, CT. As an outpatient service provider, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the behavioral, primary, and dental health needs of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to efficiently and effectively meet the behavioral, primary, and dental health needs of clients.
  • Provide behavioral health consultation to primary care providers and assist clients in meeting medical treatment compliance.
  • Develop and document clear clinical formulations and treatment plans that are individualized and measurable.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related license-eligible field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Licensure as a therapist or counselor in the State of Connecticut.

Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year salary range.
