Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to product support requests via phone, email, and online communication.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments.

- Basic skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, Liquid, and/or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Korean, Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese, or Tagalog Filipino is a plus.
