Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiography (x-ray) examinations to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Position patients for exams, select appropriate imaging techniques, and ensure technical quality of images.
  • Enter and monitor patient quality assurance on radiology equipment.
  • Assist with initial and renewal applications for ACR and other reports.
  • Report any accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to department management.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
  • Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT).
  • Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R).
