You will undertake a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for production machinery and facility systems, including...
  • Addressing electrical challenges to ensure safe and effective operation of equipment.
  • Performing mechanical repairs and maintenance to maximize machinery performance.
  • Executing welding operations for equipment repair and fabrication needs.
  • Managing plumbing maintenance and repairs to resolve and prevent issues within the facility.
  • Supervising general facility maintenance to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Technical training or an associate degree is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with machine control systems and 480 volt/3 phase industrial power, along with various electronic components such as HMI and AC/DC drives.
  • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • A Journeyman or Master Electrician license within the relevant jurisdiction is highly desirable.

Essential Competencies:
  • Completion and passing of the company's fork truck training program.
  • Safe operation of a manlift.
  • Proficient use of tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
  • Setting up and operating machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
  • Safe and correct use of a torch.
  • Ability to wear a respirator.
  • Capability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Following oral and/or written instructions and communicating effectively in both oral and written forms.
