Job Title: International Settlements Specialist

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a highly skilled International Settlements Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global wealth management and asset management firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate settlement of transactions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and counterparties, and providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the settlement process for international transactions, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and counterparties in Asia and Europe regarding settlement inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor and mitigate settlement-related risks, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the settlement function.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to international settlements.
  • Prepare and present settlement-related reports and metrics to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international settlements operations within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of global settlement practices and regulations, particularly in Asia and Europe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with international clients and counterparties in wealth management or asset management sectors.
  • Knowledge of industry platforms and systems relevant to international settlements.
