About the Role

At OneMain Financial, we're seeking an experienced Compensation and HRIS Administrator to join our team. As a critical technical and strategic adviser to the business and our internal clients, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and support of our Compensation function in Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our compensation functions meet the needs of our business partners. You will provide ongoing support for Workday compensation including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining compensation data integrity, security, and accuracy within Workday. Additionally, you will create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS administration
  • Strong understanding of HRIS functionality and data architecture
  • Experience with Workday HCM modules including Compensation and Recruiting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Estimated salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year
