Public Health Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Nurse Supervisor to lead our prenatal and postpartum home visiting program. This grant-funded position will oversee efforts to address disparities faced by pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families in Franklin County.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement maternal and infant home visiting and care coordination activities.
- Serve as a resource for health education for providers, healthcare systems, and community agencies.
- Work closely with external partners and serve as the main point of contact.
- Coordinate a team of Public Health Nurses, Community Health Workers, and a Data Analyst.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision, coaching, and oversight to staff.
- Participate in candidate reviewing, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations.
- Provide clinical and case management program oversight.
- Assist with writing, editing, and collecting documentation to assure full compliance with grant deliverables and outcomes.
- Analyze prenatal and postpartum data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain data systems.
- Assist with identifying and recommending grant expenditures.
- Promote program sustainability by identifying new sources of funding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited College of Nursing.
- 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse OR 2 years experience as a Public Health Nurse.
- 2 years direct supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
- Documented knowledge and proficiency using an Electronic Health Record system.
- Current and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse license; Ohio Driver's License; BLS CPR Certification.
- Competitive salary range: $34.52/hour - $41.42/hour for Public Health Nurse III.
- Exempt position.
