Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Customer Experience to drive customer success and satisfaction at Material Bank. The estimated salary for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer registration, customer vetting, onboarding, training, and support processes, ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction.
