- Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients, maintaining responsibility for SLK's relationships with Clients key commercial audiences, procurement, and other applicable functions.
- Influence the client's strategy and position SLK as a strategic partner for activities by positioning SLK thought leadership and innovation aligned to client strategic priorities.
- Implement a cross-account team prospecting and client engagement strategy to ensure proactive engagement with the account, anticipating client needs and leveraging SLK expertise to develop both short- and long-term opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in building unique client engagement approaches and a differentiated value proposition.
- Influence winning strategies in response to business opportunities or RFPs for large-scale deals.
- Support excellence in delivery across all engagements by acting as an internal and external ambassador and maintaining relationships with project sponsors to ensure projects are meeting business goals.
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location for this role is flexible, but preference will be given to candidates based in the region where the company has a significant presence.
The successful candidate will have a highly seasoned executive with strong Insurance Domain expertise and a deep understanding of business strategy and processes of larger manufacturing companies. They will be a natural leader and influencer, able to build relationships easily and engage with Senior Executives at client sites as a knowledge partner.
