Position Overview - Automotive Valet Operations Supervisor

In the role of Automotive Valet Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for the operational and financial performance of our client account. You will report directly to the District Manager and will be responsible for the daily management of the dealership and our onsite personnel.

Compensation: $43,000 - $47,000 annually plus monthly performance incentives.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Manage employee schedules and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and the District Manager to implement company policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct daily safety operation reviews.
  • Organize regular monthly meetings with client account representatives.
  • Review payroll and attendance records.
  • Assist in the budgeting process.
  • Provide ongoing training and education for staff regarding safety and service protocols.
  • Mentor and evaluate team members to identify those with potential for management roles.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary for the effective and safe operation of assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 5 years of driving experience.
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no recent violations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
