Essential Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work a considerable amount of time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design and engineering of High Voltage substation projects;
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Engineering and/or Project Management with a proactive approach;
  • Willingness to travel across North America.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • PMP and/or P.E. certification in a relevant field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Early Stage Project Manager to assist in defining engineering requirements and scope with the Development Group.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale or multiple medium to small, intricate, or long-term projects while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints.
  • Secure necessary resources and utilize formal methodologies and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and modifications.
  • Facilitate project meetings and oversee project tracking and analysis.
  • Identify challenges and issues, measure and validate outcomes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide insights to internal and external clients on moderately complex issues.
  • Develop and present materials for reporting and updates to various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
