Job Title: Substation Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Substation Design Engineer to join our team at ENTRUST Solutions Group. As a Substation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our clients in the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for substations, including grounding calculations, lightning protection calculations, and substation sizing calculations.
  • Assist in completing studies and calculations to properly design substations.
  • Support lead engineers and project managers on complex projects from full scope estimating and proposals to project construction bidding, commissioning, and construction support for energization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed for projects and client visits.
  • Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions.
