Turning Point is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Coordinator to play a vital role in developing and submitting winning proposals. You'll wear many hats, from managing the proposal process to crafting high-quality content that sets us apart from the competition. The proposal coordinator will contribute to the bidding process in support of the proposal manager, including supporting all stages of proposal activities (e.g., SSNs, RFIs, market research, and RFP). The successful candidate will help prepare the proposal schedule, perform research, organize content, develop content such as resumes and past performance citations, and manage bids for submission. Leverage your Microsoft Office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create impactful presentations, detailed work plans, and organized proposal content. Develop proposal strategy by analyzing RFP requirements and building comprehensive compliance matrices to ensure successful bids. Develop templates following established processes and guide production through the final draft, including being responsible for layout, format, and design consistent with established branding. Provide writing support for all portions of responses, writing and editing content as required and working with subject matter experts, as needed, to elicit content. Keep everyone informed Provide regular updates on proposal progress to management, operations, and support staff. Support proposal coordination activities, including scheduling, meeting summaries, documenting action items, etc. Follow established quality assurance processes for developing quality, compliant proposal documents. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support their implementation. Edit to ensure that the proposal is free of grammar, spelling, and typographical errors and complies with the corporate style guide. Prepare high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with the agreed strategy and sponsor expectations under the pressure of changing timelines. Maintain and update internal documents like our master contract list and style guide. Be a brand champion Ensure consistent visual identity across documents using templates, logos, and following brand guidelines. Conduct research for proposals, analyzing competitors and potential partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. 0-2 years of experience in proposal coordination or proposal management roles on Federal Government proposals. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Stellar writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn. Good to have: Experience with SharePoint.
