  • Open and Close the Line and Kitchen: Assist in opening and closing the line and kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed to our high standards and that the kitchen is ready for service.
  • Manage BOH Employees: Supervise and manage BOH employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Run High Volume Service Periods: Assist in running high volume service periods, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to our high standards and that our customers receive excellent service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen labor and production
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
