**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Manager to join our team at Ranger Energy Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of existing work, winning new project work, and ensuring the financial performance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance plans to ensure compliance with operational, quality assurance/quality control, safety, and environmental practices and procedures.
- Drive innovation through the development of best practices, operational and service efficiency, and the identification of industry trends and tools that contribute to our operational excellence goals.
- Act as the Company representative with local clients and market and secure additional work with existing and new clients.
- Ensure resources are being utilized cost-effectively to achieve site objectives and provide effective counsel and direction, especially where corrective actions are needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to Wireline operations and understand and ensure incident reporting procedures, including appropriate protocol for informing top management.
- Travel up to 75% as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive work experience working in Wireline Services.
- Proven and professional leadership skills and abilities with supervisory responsibilities a must.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
- Ability to set the example of integrity and honesty for all employees.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery.
- Ability to manage and develop assigned wireline crews.
