Job Summary

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at our medical practices in Littleton, CO. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake visits, including detailed behavioral health and substance use history, biopsychosocial history, and assessment.
  • Assess suicide risk and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide brief, structured counseling techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or Problem-Solving Treatment (PST).
  • Collaborate with internal team members and community-based providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience delivering behavioral health care in a relevant setting.
  • Prior formal training and experience in brief, structured counseling techniques.
  • LCSW - State of Colorado Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
