Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to patients in a safe and clean environment.
- Facilitate psycho-educational groups and activities to promote patient engagement and well-being.
- Document patient observations and behavior to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks to maintain patient living areas.
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Escort patients to events and activities outside of the facility as needed.
- Promote a positive working environment by demonstrating respect and tolerance for diversity.
- Assume responsibility for professional development and ongoing education.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
- Two+ years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
